Sometimes you get make-up / skincare / haircare samples in foil packets. It’s a great way to try something before you buy it, right? Well, I am sort of klutzy when it comes to opening these bad boys. Sometimes they are tough to rip open, so I end up with sore fingertips. Or, I have no idea that the liquid inside is super slippery and everything pretty much spills out before I can try it. Nobody’s Perfect

I used to travel a lot for work, so I know how to pack my stuff quickly. Unfortunately it takes me a long time to unpack the luggage. I thought to myself, “Why should I bother, if I have another trip in three days?” In the meantime, my suitcase would be open in the middle of the floor and I’d just pick out the stuff I needed as the days went by. Tips For Traveling Solo With Infants and Toddlers

Kiddo and I fly from MSP to ORD at least twice a year without Mr. J. I usually plan these trips when he is also traveling for work during an extended amount of time, and visit my parents while he is away. This way, I have a little help from mom and dad and Kiddo has quality time with her grandparents. Although the flight is pretty short, traveling without my partner in crime is a bit difficult.
